Job Description

  • Own customer and market understanding across key energy segments, identifying unmet needs and growth opportunities
  • Translate customer insights into clear product positioning and value propositions
  • Lead new product introduction activities, from launch planning to market adoption
  • Develop compelling internal and external content to support sales, partners, and customers
  • Design and execute global product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Partner closely with product management, marketing communications, and regional teams
  • Track campaign performance and customer journeys to optimise future initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Marketing Manager should have:

  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Test & Measurement solutions in energy‑related environments
  • Proven track record in product marketing, go‑to‑market strategy, and product launches
  • Experience supporting or launching multiple new products into technical markets
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer‑centric messaging
  • Background in electrical engineering or a closely related technical discipline
  • Comfortable working across global, cross‑functional teams
