Job Description

    • Lead the end-to-end design of mobile and web product experiences.
    • Create intuitive user journeys and workflows for highly complex, data-rich products.
    • Drive UI, interaction, and experience design across the platform.
    • Enhance and scale an established design system while ensuring consistency.
    • Develop visual assets across product, marketing, and digital channels.
    • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate concepts to improve user experience.
    • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
    • Contribute to product strategy and user-centric decision-making.
    • Design engaging motion and micro-interactions that elevate usability.
    • Champion design quality and best practices across the product lifecycle.



The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience in Product Design,UX/UI Design, or related disciplines.
    • Demonstrated track record designing and launching digital products from concept to release.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design and interaction design capabilities.
    • Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
    • Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
    • Strong understanding of product thinking, customer journeys, and usability principles.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Experience working in fast-paced technology or startup environments is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered design workflows and prototyping tools is highly desirable.
    • Exposure to financial technology, trading platforms, digital assets, or highly data-intensive products would be beneficial.
