The organisation manages a sizeable portfolio of prominent retail and commercial properties in Singapore. It combines operational expertise, property technology and sustainable practices to improve asset performance, customer experience and long-term value for property owners.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily carpark operations, including traffic flow, cleanliness, signage, lighting and road conditions.
  • Manage parking revenue streams, reconciliations, refunds, promotions and operational reporting.
  • Establish regular inspection programmes to maintain safety, service and operational standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance, performance and renewal of parking systems and related technologies.
  • Review parking utilisation, charges and financial data to recommend commercial improvements.
  • Manage service providers, maintenance contractors and payment gateway partners.
  • Develop operating procedures, monitor budgets and drive continuous process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sizeable carpark, multiple carpark sites or a related facilities portfolio.
  • Practical knowledge of carpark operations, revenue controls and parking management systems.
  • Experience managing vendors, service contracts and maintenance programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare operational and financial reports.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and confidence handling customers and stakeholders.
