You will partner closely with senior business leaders to evaluate, execute and drive strategic transactions and capital allocation initiatives across the organisation's investment portfolio. The role offers significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact transactions from evaluation through execution and post-deal value creation.

Job Description

  • Evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and capital markets initiatives
  • Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses and investment cases to support transaction and capital allocation decisions
  • Conduct market, industry and business analyses to assess growth opportunities, risks and value creation potential
  • Prepare investment papers, board materials and management presentations for senior leadership decision-making
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage transaction workstreams from evaluation through closing
  • Support post-transaction integration and value creation initiatives to maximise investment outcomes
  • Translate complex financial and strategic analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for management

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Proven involvement in M&A or transaction execution
  • Ability to synthesise analysis into strategic insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
