The person will help drive new ideas, support service redesign, and promote collaboration between healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, volunteers, and community partners.

Job Description

  • Support the development and execution of innovation plans and workstreams across multiple teams
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to improve care models, workforce transformation, and knowledge sharing
  • Build strong partnerships with healthcare, social care, community, academic, and industry partners
  • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration through thought leadership, co-learning platforms, and shared initiatives
  • Lead the development of education, training, and capability-building programmes for healthcare professionals, caregivers, volunteers, and residents
  • Support projects that improve health literacy, behavioural health outcomes, patient care, and population health
  • Encourage co-creation by bringing together professionals, patients, caregivers, and community members to design better healthcare solutions
  • Use suitable research and evaluation methods to measure programme outcomes and impact
  • Coordinate governance meetings, track progress, and provide updates on milestones, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Identify potential funding sources and partnerships to support pilot programmes and new initiatives
  • Lead and manage large-scale community and professional engagement events within budget and timelines

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Social Anthropology, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in healthcare, social care, or public sector environments
  • Experience leading teams and working across different functions in a matrix environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience in large-scale event management is preferred
  • Professional, resourceful, resilient, and able to exercise sound judgment
