Our client is a leading international advisory firm supporting CFOs, boards and executive teams through complex finance, accounting, risk, transformation and performance improvement initiatives.With an established global presence and significant investment into Asia-Pacific expansion, the firm is broadening its capabilities across finance transformation, operational excellence, governance, controls, strategic advisory and emerging technology solutions. Due to growth in the region, they are seeking experienced professionals who can help clients navigate increasingly complex finance, accounting and risk challenges.

Job Description

  • Lead and deliver finance, accounting, risk and transformation engagements
  • Advise clients on complex accounting standards and financial reporting matters
  • Support projects involving IFRS, PCAOB and technical accounting issues
  • Perform finance process reviews, process mapping and control assessments
  • Lead SOX and internal controls-related engagements
  • Support finance operating model (Finance TOM) transformation initiatives
  • Participate in cost optimisation and Zero-Based Budgeting programmes
  • Identify and assess finance and enterprise-wide risks
  • Engage directly with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior business stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Support business development and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
  • Participate in client presentations, industry events and professional networking activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience across multiple disciplines:
    • External audit and accounting
    • Internal audit and controls
    • Finance transformation
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven delivery capability across finance and risk projects
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
