With a multidisciplinary team comprising legal, investment, governance, operational and fiduciary specialists, the firm delivers bespoke solutions spanning wealth preservation, succession planning, investment management, and family governance.Known for its collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, the organisation provides employees with exceptional exposure to sophisticated legal and commercial matters while maintaining a strong commitment to professional development and client excellence.Job DescriptionReporting to the senior legal leadership team, you will support a broad spectrum of legal and structuring activities across private wealth and investment matters, including:Assist with wealth preservation and succession planning structures involving trusts, foundations, holding companies, and related entitiesReview and prepare legal documentation relating to estate planning, governance, and wealth transfer arrangementsConduct legal reviews of private market and fund investment documentation, identifying key commercial and structural risksSupport selected direct investment transactions, including due diligence, documentation review, restructurings and corporate exercisesLiaise with external law firms, tax advisers, trustees, and specialist consultants across multiple jurisdictionsDraft internal policies, legal templates, governance documents, and advisory memorandaContribute to regulatory, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management initiatives across the businessThe Successful ApplicantA successful Legal Counsel should have:Qualified lawyer with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience gained within private practice or an in-house environmentStrong academic credentials and a solid legal training foundationExposure to one or more areas including private wealth, trusts and estates, investment funds, corporate law, or private investmentsDemonstrated ability to conduct legal research and prepare high-quality legal documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound commercial judgementAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teamsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailWhat's on OfferThis role offers a unique platform for ambitious legal professionals seeking exposure beyond traditional legal practice.
