Job Description

As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting client onboarding and account opening activities while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for institutional and corporate clients
  • Partner with front-office teams to prioritise onboarding requests and manage delivery timelines
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Drive documentation collection, review, and account opening requirements
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
  • Provide timely updates on onboarding status and potential risks or delays
  • Escalate issues proactively and identify solutions to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:

  • Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline
  • Min 2+ years of experience within KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, Account Opening, or related operations functions
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management capacity
  • Strong understanding of KYC and onboarding processes within financial services
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting would be advantageous
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
