Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding activities and account opening requirements.
  • Partner closely with sales teams to prioritise onboarding requests and meet target launch timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, risk and operations teams to facilitate onboarding approvals.
  • Track onboarding progress and provide timely status updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and client experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Experience in KYC, client onboarding, compliance, operations
  • Open to candidates without prior experience
