Job Description

  • Manage the delivery of IT development services to support business objectives effectively.

  • Oversee the performance of the IT development team, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Implement and maintain processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of development services.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver integrated IT solutions.
  • Support the Technology department in achieving strategic goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Developer Service Manager should have:
