The role covers the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits and HR operations.

Job Description

  • Manage and execute daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee rewards and benefits processes
  • Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programmes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and solutions where needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR systems effectively.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and regulations in all HR activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Senior Specialist should have:

  • At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced corporate professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in managing HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a varied environment.
  • Capability to support recruitment, employee relations, and training initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
