About Our Client

Our client is an established organisation seeking to strengthen its HR function with an experienced HR Generalist. This individual will build strong partnerships with stakeholders and ensure HR operations and people initiatives are effectively delivered in alignment with organisational policies and business priorities.

Job Description

  • Handle the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, covering headcount tracking, candidate sourcing and interviews, compensation proposals, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop recruitment pipelines through partnerships, outreach programmes and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases and performance-related matters.
  • Advise employees and stakeholders on HR policies, processes and practices while supporting engagement and performance.
  • Support key HR cycles and initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement activities and HR systems testing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and participate in HR projects, surveys and other people initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of HR generalist or operations experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous.
