Job Description

  • Manage operational administration and case handling for high-net-worth insurance products.
  • Coordinate with investment managers, custodians, and internal stakeholders to facilitate policy-related transactions.
  • Perform policy valuation reviews and ensure data integrity across operational systems.
  • Monitor policy performance, liquidity positions, and underlying investment holdings.
  • Support risk and compliance monitoring through periodic reviews and control checks.
  • Prepare internal management reports and required regulatory submissions with high levels of accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and operational projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or diploma in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, investment operations, custody services, or wealth operations.
  • Familiarity with investment-linked products, life insurance operations, or wealth management processes.
  • Strong understanding of operational controls, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
