Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting HNW insurance operations, with a primary focus on Variable Universal Life (VUL) products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end servicing and operational support for HNW insurance policies
  • Coordinate with external custodians, asset managers, and internal stakeholders on investment-related transactions and operational inquiries
  • Perform policy valuations, liquidity monitoring, and asset oversight activities
  • Ensure operational processes comply with regulatory, governance, and internal control requirements
  • Prepare accurate internal and regulatory reports within established timelines
  • Maintain documentation, records, and operational procedures to support audit and risk management requirements
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and service delivery models through process improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of experience in insurance operations, investment operations, custody operations, or wealth management operations
  • Exposure to Variable Universal Life (VUL), investment-linked products, or high-net-worth insurance business would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of investment administration, policy servicing, and operational controls within financial institutions
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to insurance and investment operations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to service excellence and operational accuracy
