Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Establish consistent incident reporting, risk management, corrective action tracking, and performance measurement systems.
  • Provide expert safety guidance to project managers, engineers, and field-based technical teams.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across APAC operations.
  • Partner with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to safety requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, injury management initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and safety awareness initiatives to strengthen organisational safety culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of Health & Safety experience within technical services, engineering, construction, critical infrastructure, data centres, industrial projects, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated success building, implementing, or enhancing Health & Safety management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks across APAC markets.
  • Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, permit-to-work reviews, and site safety assessments.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders effectively across operational, management, and client-facing environments.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region as required.
