Our client is a fast-growing consulting firm in the fintech space, delivering end-to-end digital transformation across cloud, data, and cybersecurity for large-scale, high-traffic platforms.

Job Description

  • Architect and deliver cross-domain detection and intelligence platforms for streaming data.
  • Build and scale real-time pipelines (Kafka, Flink, Spark) and productionise ML/anomaly models to surface risks.
  • Extract meaningful signals from high-volume, noisy datasets and continuously refine models through feedback loops.
  • Define end-to-end detection approaches, system design, and response workflows for critical use cases.
  • Partner across engineering, data, product, risk, and operations; lead and grow a high-impact detection and intelligence team.

The Successful Applicant

  1. At least 8 years of experience in real-time systems, AI/ML, fraud analytics, cybersecurity, or anomaly detection.
  2. Proven track record building production-scale data pipelines and event-driven systems, with hands-on expertise in Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
  3. Strong background in signal engineering, anomaly detection, or event correlation, with experience deploying ML models in live environments.
  4. Systems-oriented thinker who can translate fragmented data into scalable, actionable insights.
  5. Effective in fast-paced, high-noise settings, with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
