My client is a rapidly growing corporate services practice supporting a diverse portfolio of local, regional, and international clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Corporate Secretarial to lead our corporate secretarial division and play a key role in the next phase of our growth journey.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the Corporate Secretarial team and be responsible for delivering high-quality services to a broad client base, ranging from start-ups and growth-stage companies to established SMEs and multinational groups. You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of corporate secretarial professionals while driving operational excellence, productivity, and service quality across the practice. You serve as a trusted advisor to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and statutory matters and is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, boards, investors, and senior management teams. You will oversee the delivery of a full range of corporate secretarial services, including company incorporations, annual compliance matters, board resolutions, shareholder meetings, and statutory filings and ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements, and other relevant regulations. You will maintain high technical and professional standards across the practice and strengthen internal controls and risk management processes.

Beyond technical excellence, we are looking for a leader who can strengthen client relationships, mentor a high-performing team, improve processes, and contribute to the firm's commercial success.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you should possess a Degree in Law, Business, Accountancy, Corporate Administration, or a related discipline and is a Chartered Secretary, SAICSA/CGI qualification, or equivalent professional credentials preferred. You should have 10+ years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity and possess strong working knowledge of Singapore corporate compliance and governance requirements. You should have experience managing a portfolio of diverse clients within a corporate services, accounting, legal, or professional services environment. You must have proven people leadership and team development experience and possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
