Job Description

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of organisational structures, workforce capabilities, and reporting frameworks
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess talent effectiveness and identify succession opportunities
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives that support business growth and market expansion
  • Lead recruitment efforts for key management and leadership positions across the organisation
  • Develop and implement performance management, talent development, and employee engagement programmes
  • Establish scalable HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks to support a growing business
  • Provide strategic HR leadership across regional operations and support future market expansion initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience with exposure to business partnering in regional capacity
  • Proven track record in transformation, restructuring, organisational design, or change management initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to challenge and advise senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build HR frameworks, policies, and people processes within a growing organisation
  • Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving business environment
