Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle processes across equity-linked products
  • Monitor and ensure accurate transaction booking and reconciliation
  • Identify operational risks and implement effective control measures
  • Partner with front office, compliance, and middle office teams to resolve issues
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Support reporting, metrics tracking, and compliance initiatives
  • Manage exceptions and ensure timely resolution in line with market standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Market Operations Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in the banking and financial services industry
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
