Job Description

  • Lead the company's strategic planning and execution to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with the company's vision.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the organisation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt business practices to stay competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards within the professional services industry.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning to optimise profitability.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the leadership team to achieve organisational success.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record as GM or senior P&L leader in a complex, multi‑market organisation
  • Experience in Healthcare Life Sciences or other consumer businesses
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving growth and transformation
  • Experience engaging investors, analysts, boards, and capital‑market stakeholders
  • Ability to scale and inspire regional and global teams
  • Deep network and relationship‑building capability
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and influence
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution‑driven mindset
