Job Description

Reporting to senior global treasury leadership, the successful candidate will:

  • Lead and oversee the overall operations, governance and performance of the Singapore entity.
  • Act as a Company Director and ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive financial performance, budgeting activities and operational effectiveness.
  • Supervise treasury operations across foreign exchange, liquidity management and short-term investments.
  • Manage key relationships with banking partners, regulators, auditors and external service providers.
  • Lead and develop a specialised team across treasury, finance, compliance and operational functions.
  • Ensure robust risk management, internal controls and compliance frameworks are maintained.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience within treasury, financial markets, banking or related financial services environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, business functions or legal entities.
  • Strong expertise in foreign exchange markets, liquidity management and treasury operations.
  • Proven understanding of financial market risk, governance and control frameworks.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance and business objectives.
  • Track record engaging with senior executives, boards, financial institutions and external stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk management and business performance.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a complex multinational environment.
