The business is known for its entrepreneurial culture, long-term investment approach and commitment to operational excellence.Job DescriptionReporting to senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing financial controllership activities across multiple entities and investment structures.Key responsibilities include:Oversee financial reporting, management accounts and statutory compliance across regional entitiesManage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, including consolidation activitiesCoordinate external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit mattersSupport fund-related finance activities including capital movements, distributions and investment transactionsLead treasury and cash management activities, including banking relationships and liquidity planningPartner with legal, tax, compliance and investment teams on cross-functional initiatives and regulatory mattersDrive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, systems and reporting capabilitiesThe Successful ApplicantProfessional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent8+ years of experience within controllership, fund finance, accounting or finance leadership rolesPrior exposure to private equity, infrastructure funds, asset management, investment holding companies or complex multi-entity environmentsStrong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standardsExperience managing external audits, financial controls and regulatory compliance requirementsProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement capabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in financial modelling, reporting and financial analysis toolsWhat's on OfferThis is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded global investment platform offering extensive exposure to international finance operations, investment activities and senior stakeholder engagement.
