As a Finance Systems & Process Specialist, you will support finance transformation initiatives through process improvement, Oracle ERP enhancements, and system implementation projects. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for automation and optimisation while providing functional support across Oracle AP or broader Oracle Financials modules, including GL, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

Job Description

  • Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges
  • Analyse and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency, controls, and automation
  • Support Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Finance modules
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Ensure solutions comply with finance policies, controls, and business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver finance system improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
  • Hands-on exposure to Oracle Finance system configuration or implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
