Our client is a leading multinational infrastructure and logistics business with a strong presence across international markets.

Job Description

Reporting to the regional finance leadership team, you will:

  • Oversee financial reporting, governance, and compliance across holding entities, operating companies and joint ventures.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly consolidation and management reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
  • Support regional finance teams in strengthening financial processes, systems, and capabilities.
  • Drive finance-related integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
  • Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks and governance processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, modelling, and strategic insights.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and operational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance, reporting, consolidation, audit or business partnering roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, governance, and internal controls.
  • Experience operating within multinational and matrix environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
