About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the healthcare technology and medical devices sector.

Job Description

  • Reporting to the Service Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering technical service support and ensuring optimal equipment performance for customers across Singapore.
  • Perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment at customer sites
  • Provide timely troubleshooting support through both remote assistance and onsite intervention
  • Conduct fault diagnosis and technical evaluations to identify appropriate corrective actions
  • Support software configuration, system integration, and basic network connectivity troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and update service records through internal maintenance systems
  • Promote preventive maintenance programmes and identify service-related business opportunities
  • Support customer training sessions, product demonstrations, and industry events when required

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3 years or more of experience in field service engineering, equipment maintenance, technical support, or repair environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities involving electromechanical systems
  • Exposure to software installation, system configuration, or connectivity-related support will be advantageous
  • Customer-oriented individual with strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable travelling extensively across Singapore to support customer sites
  • Possession of a valid driving licence (manual) is required
  • Driven, adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environment, and eager to learn new technologies
