Job Description

  • Support projects and maintenance activities involving security systems (General Security, Alarms, CCTV, Access Control), as well as server and network infrastructure when required.
  • Install, configure, implement, and test system and storage equipment setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered on-site.
  • Perform OS hardening, patching, and updates on servers and virtual machines.
  • Prepare implementation, migration, and acceptance testing plans for projects.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and resolve issues identified during testing.
  • Collaborate with Project and Maintenance Managers to plan and execute implementation tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and work instructions to ensure service quality.
  • Develop and deliver as-built documentation for project handover.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Operational Technology or Information Technology.
  • Solid understanding of networking and IP/TCP protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and server systems.
  • Hands-on experience with security tasks such as OS hardening, patching, updates, and virus scanning is a plus.
  • IT certifications in Windows systems, storage, networking, databases, virtualization, or cloud technologies are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Must hold a valid Class 3 driving license due to onsite purposes.
