The business offers an opportunity to manage a complex, high-profile asset involving corporate occupiers, property owners, service partners and multiple internal stakeholders.

Job Description



  • Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will:
    • Lead the office operations team and oversee the daily performance, maintenance and presentation of the office towers.
    • Develop preventive and cyclical maintenance plans to improve building reliability, asset condition and operational efficiency.
    • Manage MCST matters, apply relevant by-laws and coordinate with subsidiary proprietors, occupiers and other stakeholders.
    • Oversee workplace safety, fire-safety readiness, emergency procedures, inspections and regulatory compliance.
    • Manage operating expenditure, capital expenditure, sinking-fund planning and utilities-related recovery matters.
    • Lead vendor performance, term-contract renewals, procurement exercises and service-level reviews.
    • Guide the team on tenant operations, fit-out matters, incident management, dispute resolution and sustainability targets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Estate Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of building, property or facilities management experience.
  • Practical experience managing a commercial, office, mixed-use or strata-titled development.
  • Strong working knowledge of MCST operations, BMSMA requirements and property by-laws.
  • Experience managing building maintenance, safety, vendors, budgets and tenant-related matters.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop executives, property officers or operational teams.
  • Willingness to support urgent building matters outside standard operating hours when required.
