Job Description

  • Document and update technical support tickets to ensure accurate tracking of issues.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to identify and address recurring system challenges.
  • Conduct basic training sessions for users on system updates and best practices.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in alignment with company policies.
  • Support hardware and software inventory management activities.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful End User Support professional should have:
