With increasing investment activity across Southeast Asia, the business continues to expand its renewable energy advisory platform and is seeking ambitious professionals to support its growth.

Job Description

  • Lead the structuring and execution of M&A and project finance transactions across Southeast Asia
  • Advise clients on buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments
  • Develop financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Support business development and origination initiatives across the renewable energy sector
  • Provide market insights and transaction advice across solar, wind and energy infrastructure projects
  • Build long-term client relationships with corporates, investors and financial institutions



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related disciplines
  • 6+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, project finance or transaction advisory
  • Experience executing transactions within renewable energy, power, utilities, infrastructure or energy transition sectors
  • Exposure to both M&A advisory and structured/project finance transactions would be highly advantageous
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
  • Experience working on buy-side and sell-side transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex regional transactions
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asian energy and infrastructure markets
