Job Description

  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives
  • Drive customer base management including churn reduction and ARPU growth
  • Champion AI-driven marketing capabilities such as personalisation and automation
  • Partner closely with analytics, sales, and product teams to deliver targeted campaigns
  • Oversee campaign planning, segmentation, execution, and performance tracking
  • Analyse customer data and campaign effectiveness to optimise outcomes
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring capability development and delivery excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or customer marketing roles
  • Strong track record managing large customer bases in complex organisations
  • Experience in data-driven marketing, customer analytics, and segmentation
  • Prior exposure to telecommunications or subscription-based industries preferred
  • Proven team leadership experience, managing multiple direct reports
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
