Recognised for its strong risk management framework and commitment to regulatory excellence, the bank continues to invest heavily in capital management, data-driven decision making and financial resilience to support long-term growth and sustainable performance.Job DescriptionSupport capital planning and management activities to ensure ongoing capital adequacy and regulatory compliance.Prepare and analyse capital position reports for senior management and key stakeholders.Conduct capital forecasting, stress testing and scenario analysis under varying business and economic conditions.Develop and enhance capital models, methodologies and analytical frameworks to improve decision-making.Contribute to the preparation and continuous development of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).Monitor regulatory developments and assess their implications on capital requirements and reporting obligations.Drive process improvements through automation, data quality enhancement and stronger reporting governance.The Successful ApplicantDegree qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management or a related discipline.Experience within banking, treasury, finance, risk or capital management functions.Strong understanding of regulatory capital frameworks, capital adequacy requirements and risk-weighted assets (RWA).Proven experience in capital forecasting, stress testing, scenario analysis or capital modelling.Exposure to ICAAP, capital planning exercises or regulatory reporting environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis tools.What's on OfferThis opportunity provides exposure to a highly visible capital management function within a leading international bank, working closely with senior stakeholders on strategic regulatory and capital initiatives.
