About Our Client

Our client is a diversified consumer group with established business across Southeast Asia, Australia and beyond. They operate a portfolio of well-recognised lifestyle retail brands, financial services and manage a range of hospitality assets as well.

As they continue to enhance their digital presence, they are seeking an Assistant Content Marketing Manager to strengthen their digital and social storytelling and elevate brand visibility across multiple touchpoints.

Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the organisation's content strategy across social platforms. You will have the chance to ideate, create and craft compelling narratives to develop content that strengthens company's branding while resonating with its audience.Other key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the content calendar across all social media and content creator platforms not limited to TikTok, Instagram etc.
  • Develop strategic content pillars and anchor key campaigns.
  • Produce videos and creative assets - including shooting, editing and storytelling.
  • Work with influencers, creators and KOLs to identify talent, manage briefings and ensuring deliverables meet brand and performance expectations.
  • Track performance metrics, interpret data and refine content strategies using insights gathered.
  • Maintain an organised content and asset library for the marketing team to leverage on which may contain raw footage, pre and post edits etc.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content creation, content or media roles, ideally within lifestyle, beauty, fashion or other consumer‑facing sectors.
  • Strong hands-on content creation skills - including video shooting, editing, scripting and mobile‑first production.
  • Past record or strong portfolio of previous successful campaigns where you played a clear role in concepting, shooting and editing.
  • Proficiency in content and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for culture, style and social trends, with an eye for emerging formats and new opportunities in storytelling.
