Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract and temporary positions across multiple industries and functional disciplines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative advice on contingent workforce and hiring solutions.
  • Source, assess and engage high-quality contract professionals through networking, referrals, market mapping and database searches.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of immediately available and future contract talent.
  • Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities, expanding existing accounts and securing new client partnerships.
  • Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks and workforce planning strategies.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
  • Support contractor onboarding, compliance and ongoing engagement throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets within a collaborative, high-performance environment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, business development or a sales-focused role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in a target-driven and commercially focused environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with urgency, prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Resilient, adaptable and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Skilled at networking, talent pooling and building long-term pipelines of candidates.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service and building long-term partnerships.
