Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end client engagement from onboarding to delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Support commercial activities including proposals and contract alignment
  • Monitor client programmes, ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are met
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through cross-sell and upsell
  • Prepare reports and insights to support continuous client improvement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Relationship Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account coordination
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management across multiple functions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
