Job Description

  • Manage infrastructure and building development projects from feasibility studies through final handover
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, execution, progress tracking, and governance activities
  • Coordinate architects, engineering consultants, contractors, regulatory authorities, and business stakeholders
  • Translate operational and business objectives into practical development and infrastructure solutions
  • Oversee tendering, contract administration, procurement, and construction management activities
  • Ensure compliance with development regulations, safety standards, project schedules, and budget targets
  • Drive the adoption of smart technologies, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives across projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure planning, project development, construction, or capital project delivery
  • Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, transportation, logistics, or development projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management, construction methodologies, budgeting, and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing external consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
