A high-growth company seeking a Chief Product Officer to lead the evolution of its flagship consumer platform.

Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in transforming traditional merchant operations into a modern, data-driven, mobile-first platform serving businesses across Singapore and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a leading consumer platform.
  • Drive platform growth, customer adoption, and regional expansion.
  • Lead the development of integrated solutions across payments, merchant services, lending, and business intelligence.
  • Build and mentor high-performing product teams while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, operations, and data teams.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives, including digital onboarding, self-service capabilities, and customer engagement programs.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements across relevant markets.
  • Own key product performance metrics, prioritisation frameworks, and commercial outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles within fintech, payments, digital banking, merchant acquiring, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record building and scaling digital platforms serving e-commerce, retail, or F&B merchants.
  • Strong knowledge of payments, embedded finance, or merchant services.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Data-driven product leader with strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience with software-hardware integrated products and AI-enabled solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills; additional Asian language capabilities are a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across APAC, including Mainland China, ensuring strong regional alignment and execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region (up to 50%) to support market expansion, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border product initiatives.
