An organisation within the financial services industry based in Singapore.

Job Description

  • Lead delivery governance activities, including planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, resource coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and status reporting.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, desired outcomes, benefits, and success measures.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, including process flows, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops for discovery, process mapping, prioritisation, risk assessment, and decision-making.
  • Ensure traceability from requirements through testing and deployment.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, testable, and aligned with target-state architecture.
  • Support backlog management, prioritisation, dependency tracking, change control, and requirements sign-off.
  • Drive project delivery ceremonies and governance routines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) while driving mitigation plans.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for system integrations and interface dependencies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
  • Manage integration-related changes, communications, and deployment readiness across impacted teams.
  • Work closely with PMO, Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, QA/Test Teams, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Security, Vendors, and other stakeholders as required.

The Successful Applicant

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business Project Manager delivering technology-enabled change initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing system integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent project governance, planning, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capabilities.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving successful outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of governance materials, meeting documentation, and executive updates.



Desirable

  • Experience within financial services, banking, or other regulated industries.
  • Understanding of service transition, production readiness, incident management, and operational support processes.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
