Business Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Engage stakeholders to elicit, assess, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Convert business needs into user stories, process diagrams, and detailed specifications to support development and testing activities.

Process Mapping & Improvement

• Capture current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") processes using established modeling frameworks such as BPMN.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and support initiatives focused on automation and system optimisation.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Organise and facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthrough sessions with business users and government stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across teams by managing discussions on priorities, requirements, and expectations.

Project Support

• Support Product Managers and Product Owners in managing project scope, timelines, and key documentation.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and preparation for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Documentation & Communication

• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, user stories, use cases, and presentations.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment and clarity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Architects, Solution Architects, and UX Designers to deliver solutions that are practical, user-focused, and aligned with strategic goals.
