Job Description

  • Lead the HR workstream for a major employee transfer and organisational change programme.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance forums and executive reporting to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities including data validation, documentation management, system updates and transfer-related HR processes.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services, Payroll, HR Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Business stakeholders to drive seamless execution.
  • Develop and coordinate employee and manager communications, FAQs, change materials and readiness activities.
  • Establish robust governance, controls, audit trails and risk mitigation frameworks throughout programme delivery.
  • Produce leadership dashboards, workforce reconciliation reports and performance metrics to monitor progress and drive decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, service delivery, case management and process controls.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex transformation, change management or organisational restructuring programmes.
  • Experience managing large-scale employee migration, transfer, integration or workforce change initiatives involving significant employee populations.
  • Strong project management expertise, including governance, RAID management, stakeholder reporting and execution planning.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and support functions.
  • Strong governance mindset with experience in audit readiness, risk management and compliance-driven environments.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile methodologies would be advantageous.
