The organisation is widely recognised for its collaborative culture, entrepreneurial environment, and commitment to developing top investment banking talent.Job DescriptionSupport the execution of buy-side, sell-side, merger, restructuring, and strategic advisory assignments across Asia-Pacific.Build and review sophisticated financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses to support client decision-making.Prepare high-quality client presentations, information memoranda, board papers, and marketing materials.Coordinate due diligence processes and manage interactions with legal advisers, consultants, accountants, and other stakeholders.Assist senior bankers in developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis to generate strategic insights and recommendations.Mentor and oversee junior team members while contributing to a high-performing deal execution environment.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree with strong academic performance.4+ years of experience within investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, transaction services, private equity, or corporate development.Demonstrated experience supporting or leading M&A transaction execution.Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.Strong understanding of transaction processes, due diligence, and deal structuring.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Experience mentoring or supervising junior professionals will be advantageous.Professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA, or equivalent are beneficial.What's on Offer This opportunity provides exposure to landmark transactions across Southeast Asia and broader Asia-Pacific markets within a highly regarded investment banking environment.
