Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting activities across multiple entities. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial reporting while contributing to ongoing process improvement and ERP transformation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Manage general ledger accounting activities for assigned entities
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist with statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit activities
  • Monitor fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
  • Support finance process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
  • Participate in ERP migration and finance transformation activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and operations teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and IT savvy
