An excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a leading organisation in the insurance sector on a 12-month contract. This role places strong emphasis on the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality reporting across regional business units.

About Our Client

Our client is a globally recognised organisation within the insurance and risk management sector, with a strong presence across Asia and worldwide operations spanning multiple regions.

Job Description

    • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and full compliance withIFRS/GAAP standards
    • Post journal entries and perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations
    • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
    • Ensure strong governance and adherence to internal control frameworks
    • Liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for audits and regulatory reporting
    • Collaborate with tax teams to support GST/VAT filings and statutory reporting
    • Maintain and enhance SOP documentation to improve reporting processes



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is desirable.
  • At-least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Insurance industry is advantageous
