Account Manager (Oncology) - Pharmaceutical

An established global pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen its oncology commercial team in Singapore. This role combines strategic account management, scientific engagement and commercial execution, working closely with healthcare stakeholders to grow the oncology portfolio while delivering meaningful value to customers and patients.

Job Description

  • Take ownership of assigned oncology accounts and territories, developing strategies to achieve sustainable portfolio growth and commercial targets.
  • Build detailed account plans covering stakeholder networks, patient pathways, treatment practices, opportunities and potential barriers.
  • Develop trusted relationships with oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, clinic stakeholders and other healthcare decision-makers.
  • Deliver relevant and value-adding product and disease-area discussions based on customer needs and evolving treatment practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities across priority tumour areas and translate market insights into effective account initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access and other internal teams to deliver integrated solutions for customers.
  • Track account performance, market developments and customer insights, adapting commercial strategies to maximise long-term opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biology or another relevant scientific discipline.
  • More than 4 years of professional experience within a multinational organisation.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account management or strategic customer engagement.
  • Oncology experience would be advantageous, candidates with strong specialist pharmaceutical experience may also be considered.
