Job Description

  • Monitor and maintain the organisation's security systems and protocols.
  • Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement solutions to address them.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to integrate security measures into systems and processes.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and manage their resolution effectively.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on security-related issues to internal teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures.
  • Document and maintain records of security policies, procedures, and incidents.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Information Security (Security Engineer) should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with security tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
