An organisation operating in the life science industry, dedicated to delivering professional services in the medical sector.

Job Description

  • Handle the full sales administration cycle, including order processing, quotation preparation, report generation, and tender documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements within the department.
  • Monitor and manage relevant databases to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide general office support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Support Executive should have:

  • Experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably within the life science or medical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments with short lead times.
