This is an opportunity to take ownership of multiple BIM projects across Singapore's residential, healthcare, education and public-sector construction markets. You will combine technical delivery, client management and commercial support while helping to build the capabilities of a growing local project team.

About Our Client

Our client is an established BIM specialist with approximately 180 employees across its global operations.

The business supports contractors, consultants and project owners in improving design coordination, constructability and project delivery through BIM-led workflows. Its Singapore operation is expanding and currently supports active projects across public housing, private residential developments, schools and healthcare facilities.

Job Description

  • Lead multiple BIM projects from initial scope development through coordinated delivery and project completion.
  • Establish project plans, delivery schedules, resource requirements and quality-control procedures.
  • Manage client expectations, technical submissions, progress reporting and the resolution of delivery issues.
  • Coordinate BIM activities across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
  • Oversee model reviews, clash-detection exercises, coordinated services models and construction documentation.
  • Support tenders and new business opportunities through technical presentations, project estimates and solution proposals.
  • Coach BIM team members while introducing more efficient workflows, standards and project-management practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years of experience in BIM, engineering design and construction.
  • Strong working knowledge of BIM coordination, model management, clash detection and construction-stage support.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks within live project-delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to manage several projects, deadlines and stakeholder groups concurrently.
  • Strong client-management, commercial awareness, tender-support and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience gained within a BIM consultancy, engineering consultancy, design practice, main contractor or specialist contractor.
  • Exposure to project estimation, scope management, cost control and manpower planning.
