Reporting to the Executive Director, you will handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes organizing and attending board meetings, drafting board resolutions and minutes, and maintaining and updating statutory registers and company records.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal advice and support to the business on drafting and reviewing contracts, M&A, joint ventures, dispute resolutions and other operational matters. You will also liaise with external counsels and the relevant authorities.

Reporting to the Head of Legal & Corporate Secretariat, you will handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for the portfolio of companies in Singapore and overseas. This includes maintaining statutory registers and records, preparing and drafting board resolutions and minutes, organizing board meetings and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
