Focusing on the region, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on all employment and labour law matters. Responsibilities would include drafting and reviewing employment contacts and employee handbooks, ensuring regulatory compliance and keeping abreast on and reacting to new laws and regulations which could have an impact on business and managing disputes.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the individual will have high visibility and be provided with strategic business partnering opportunities in a steadfast and structured environment.

Reporting to the Head of Legal and working as part of a team, you will be responsible for providing holistic legal support and advice to the business. You will have a diverse portfolio that includes legal, compliance and corporate secretarial work.

Directly report to the General Manager, this role entails the setting of strategic goals and overseeing of daily operations spanning multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Fire & Safety, Security and Recreation. Deliverables include the leading of team members to ensure smooth running of all Club operations to attain high level of member satisfaction and managing of financial budgets to optimise Club profitability.

Reporting to the GM, you will be overall responsible for acquisition and growth of members regionally within APAC.
You will get to be involved in setting up the global membership structure and programmes in order to bring the business the next level when the group continues to expand to the rest of the key regions in Asia.
