Focusing on the region, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on all employment and labour law matters. Responsibilities would include drafting and reviewing employment contacts and employee handbooks, ensuring regulatory compliance and keeping abreast on and reacting to new laws and regulations which could have an impact on business and managing disputes.
