You will be a strong business partner in managing the legal and contractual aspects of a wide variety of contracts. This includes drafting, reviewing and providing advice on contract terms and conditions and proactively identifying and educating the business on contractual risk aspects.

Working with and partnering closely the business stakeholders, this role has a key focus on negotiating and enabling IT contracts. You will lead RFP bids and contract negotiations with suppliers, devise and implement improvements to the RFP process and documentation, and manage supplier performance after the contract is awarded.
